I established Green Flag Heal following a long career assisting families of children with special needs. I have seen how profound tension and physical strain can settle in a body that is perpetually devoted to caring for others.
For over forty years, I have worked with the neurodivergent community. Today, I extend my somatic services to everyone—neurodivergent or neurotypical—whose nervous system feels overextended and is seeking a more gentle way of existing.
This practice is designed for individuals who carry significant weight and are ready to let their bodies release.
Our somatic sessions move at a pace that respects your boundaries. You are empowered to share only what you choose, and you always have the freedom to pause or stop as we focus on your physical release and comfort.
We pay attention to how you are feeling throughout the session, and adjust the pace together. You can pause, change your mind, or stop at any time.
You are welcome to contact me with questions about TRE™ and somatic work, or to book a session.
I offer TRE™ and somatic work, and I do not provide psychotherapy. If psychotherapy support is needed, I can, with your permission, introduce you to a qualified therapist in my professional network. That therapist would provide psychotherapy separately.
We can explore the practice together, at a pace that respects your needs and preferences.
